This project focused on showcasing the intensity, movement, and atmosphere that define Cowboys Fit locations, bringing the gym environment to life through high-impact visuals.
Our team executed a dynamic shoot across multiple locations, combining video and photography to highlight both individual performance and group energy. From fast-paced action shots to candid workout moments, every frame was built around authenticity, real members, real effort, and real momentum.

Train Like One Of Us
We captured stunning footage and photography on set from multiple Cowboys Fit locations, and the energy was amazing on each set. Rolling Segway action shots made for great in-motion captures. The Cowboys cheerleaders on site brought tons of energy and flair, making the whole shoot even more fun. Trainer and member extras were super excited to jump in and be part of it, which made everything feel really natural. It was great watching people crush their usual workouts while the cameras were rolling—real sweat, real members, and a whole lot of fun!
